KILLER FABER — Biography Fabio Desogus, aka Killer Faber, is an Italian DJ and music producer who has practiced his craft for more than 30 years. In Italy's techno scene he is considered a true legend, ranked alongside Sven Väth and all the most important precursors of the electronic and techno music of the 1990s. The grit and charisma of his early performances behind the decks in Milan's most fashionable clubs earned him the nickname "Killer" in the mid-'90s — a force and ability that is still recognized today, with great respect, both by radio networks and by highly established colleagues and musicians. Practically all of Italy's most important venues have hosted him over the course of his unstoppable career, and his reputation has been officially recognized abroad as well. Killer Faber is one of very few Italian DJs invited to perform at the Street Parade in Zurich and the Love Parade in Berlin. His performances beyond Italy's borders include renowned clubs such as Space and Amnesia in Ibiza, Exoogrove in São Paulo, Brazil, The Seven in London, Studio Circus in Cannes, the Virtual Dome in Herisau, and numerous other international clubs. Among the booths he has shared during events are Carl Cox at the Magik Kingdom in Zurich, and Sven Väth with the Advent crew at the Sensor, also in Zurich. As a music producer, Killer Faber's career is equally long and celebrated — so much so that he has been signed to and distributed by Warner Music Italy. Alongside this major, Killer Faber is also the owner of his own independent label, La Techno Resistance. His fame and musical background have led him, on more than one occasion, to collaborate with major national names — singers and groups who, while playing different genres, sought him out to produce remixes for the international dance market or to appear in their music videos.
